However, Siterixo provides a voluntary seven-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel for a full refund if no substantial course content has been accessed. After this period, cancellations are not accepted except in cases of documented technical issues preventing access.

Refund Eligibility, Exclusions, and Non-Refundable Items or Services

Refunds are available only if the course has not been substantially accessed, meaning less than 10 percent of the total video content or exercises have been viewed or completed. Non-refundable items include certificates already issued, promotional bundles, and any courses purchased during site-wide sales. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind after the cooling-off period or for failure to meet personal learning expectations.
